Ordering Policies
Ordering is simple!
There are four ways to place an order at Krooners:
• walk-in,
• phone-in,
• on-line catalog,
• or the preferred method - E-Mail Orders@krooners.com with the part numbers you are interested in. Krooners will reply with price(s).
Considering Krooners Customers are located all over the world and receive parts from a very small 0.5 lbs to large bike kits weighing over 750 lbs, the shipping service we use is very important and needs to have the ability to handle this wide range of loads, as well as efficiently process custom's documents and provide door to terminal or door to door deliveries. And just as important all must be done at very competitive prices
For this reason Krooners prefers shipping packages of all sizes and to all locations via
( www.ups.com )
However, upon special request (and usually additional cost) Krooners can ship via carriers like USPS, FedEx, DHL and Bax Global.
The 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders canceled by the customer after they are placed with our suppliers but not yet shipped from Krooners to the customer. Shipping charges may also apply.
Unless you explicitly tell us that you want to order a part it will not be ordered.
Once we get your "OK" your order will be promptly processed.
Orders are to be paid in full at time of order unless otherwise arranged.
Sorry, No COD's
Krooners accepts Paypal, Money orders, all major Credit Cards and E-checks.
Krooners will set up an account for you, then ordering will be easier than ever.
Krooners sometimes may have certain items on back order from our suppliers. The customer will not be billed for items on back order. You will be asked to find alternate part numbers for these items so a new order can be placed with another supplier.
All of Krooners products are first quality items and carry the manufacturer's full warranty.It is the customers responsibility to insect each item purchased within 30 days of purchse.
Returns:
- All returns must be authorized.
Contact returns@krooners.com for a Return Authorization number.
- Returned items must be prepaid. No COD's or checks
- An item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Krooners honors the manufacturer and distributor warranties. We do not have our own warranty.
- An item must be in new condition and in original package.
- 25% restocking fee will be applied to all items, including stock items and items canceled before shipment.
- Credit for returned items will be applied to your next order, no cash refunds
- Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed
- On occasion Krooners may have to receive credit from our supplier before issuing credit to our customer
- We will cover the shipping charges only if we have shipped you the wrong part..
- We will not accept returns on electrical parts that have been installed.
- No returns for "made-to-order" items.
- Returns can only be made on parts that are defective or misprinted in the distributor catalog."That's what EBay is for".
Gift Certificates:
- Krooners Gift Certificates are redeemable for product available in the catalogs we offer.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- To redeem, mail your Gift Certificate in with a list of parts you wish to order to our 220 East High Street address.
- Gift Certificates expire one year from date of issue.
